Turnaround time to complete orders is 3- 5 days not including weekends or holidays.

Pre orders:  for transfers take 10-15 business days and for T-shirts and tumbler take 8-10 business days. 
All items are final sale. Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled. I am not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged mail. Please make a claim with your local post office.
